Looks like I learned a lesson in what machine shop not to take my motor to. THe bores were so out of round its not even funny.

Originally it went to tobys and apparently according to him you dont need tq plates. Now Jim at autopro has it. I wish I took an I phone vid when he was sending the bore gauge through the bores. SO what mike said about my ring gap is 110% valid. I might have filed them and measured but that was only one part of the bore. I will try and get some close up pics of the rings they have an interesting wear pattern on them.

I've gone to toby's once or twice, they've always done a great job for a great price. Then again my jobs were simple flywheel stuff.

Ya I am not here to -FUCKED UP- tobys ive had good work from them as well. But Ive now got 2 -FUCKED UP- blocks and one rotating assembly that is completely out of balance.
